Official Notice: Radcliffe Mailbox

 The
Westchase voting members will hold a meeting on March 11, 2008, at the
Westchase Swim and Tennis Center at 7 p.m. to consider adoption of a
proposed mailbox guideline for the Radcliffe neighborhood.
At the Radcliffe neighborhood annual meeting held on Jan. 23, 2008, at
least 51 percent of the owners voted in favor of the proposed guideline
for mailboxes. At the voting members meeting on March 11, 2008, an
affirmative vote of two-thirds of the voting members present at the
meeting is needed in order for the proposed guideline to be approved,
subject to any other provisions in the Westchase Covenants, Conditions
and Restrictions (CCRs).
