VMs to Hear Westchase Station and Flea Market Update

Developer Grady Pridgen will lead off GAC’s 2019 Invited Speakers Program and will address the March 12, 2019 Voting Members Meeting.

“Grady is the developer of Westchase Station in WPV and bought the Oldsmar Flea Market. He will be discussing both Westchase Station and how he is re-designing the flea market,” said GAC Chair Rick Goldstein.

Westchase Station is the name of the townhome development Pridgen plans for Tate Lane at the southern end of Montague Street in West Park Village.

Over the past few years, GAC has invited different speakers to address Voting Members and others attending the meeting on issues and topics confronting our community.

“A GAC objective is to provide information to our community and inform our neighbors of issues impacting Westchase,” said Goldstein. “This year’s speakers will focus on some immediate issues confronting our community.”

The VM Meeting is scheduled for March 12 at 7p.m. at the Westchase Swim and Tennis Center on Countryway Boulevard.
