WestchaseWOW.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this
site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in
ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
WestchaseWOW.com collects information from our users at several
different points on our Web site in the various forms that we use. This
collection of information, such as name and address, is used to assure
the residency of the WestchaseWOW.com user.
Registration
This Web site does not require user registration, however, we do require
a validation of residence for some features including the posting of
classified ads and participation in certain online surveys or polls. As

Homeowner is defined as a person or persons who own a residence in Westchase
and are members in good standing of the Westchase Community Association, Inc. of
Tampa, Florida. Many activities published on this Web site are open to the
public, but some may be restricted to Westchase residents or
homeowners only, as defined here.
Security
This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users' information
and our content. When users submit demographic information via the
Web site, your information is protected both online and off-line. All of
