Turn a New Leaf this January

Engraved Leaves on the Maureen B. Gauzza Friends of the Library Tree are 1/2 off this January!

The leaves are normally $250, but will be $125 from Jan. 1-31. You an download an order form here.

The giving tree represents endurance, strength, and vitality; while also being an impressive piece of art for Maureen Gauzza Library. This also describes the focus of Friends of Maureen Gauzza ( FMGL) a nonprofit organization, we exist to sponsor library programs that promote literacy and lifelong learning. Libraries do not have the budget to provide all the resources, and that’s where our organization steps in to provide for the community. The funds go directly towards events, programming, like the children’s summer programs, and materials for arts & crafts supplies. We also update furniture, and other needs, as they arise. We are in the process of updating the kid’s area of the library, and hope to purchase new cafe tables for the lobby. Come in and take a look at our tree, and you will see many local businesses, schools, and neighborhoods, have chosen to purchase a leaf to have engraved, and placed on the wall.

What a beautiful way to be remembered, and immortalized. It’s a wonderful gift, for birthdays, graduations, retirement, anniversaries, teachers, mentors, and dedications.
