Lisa Neiderberger is an AEA certified Aquatic Fitness Professional with a passion for teaching aquatic exercise. After attending her first Water Fitness class in 2019, she saw the tremendous benefit of these low impact exercises on her well being and that of others. Recognizing the wonderful variety of aquatic programming and the demand for instructors, she decided to become certified in 2020 and began teaching at various Tampa Metropolitan YMCA locations. Since her journey began, she has acquired several Aquatic certifications Including Hydrorider Fusion Cycling and Liquid Gym Aquatic Trampoline. She recently completed her certification in Aquatic Therapy and Rehabilitation in hopes of helping people suffering from Arthritis and mobility issues. Lisa’s goal is to create classes that build strength and endurance while enjoying the outdoors and having fun all at the same time.
